Subscriptions are renewed on the 1st of each month
One Subscription per Account
FRANK is offering wine club subscriptions on a first come, first served basis. Each box is curated monthly based on the availability of the wines and the seasonal ingredients we expect you’ll be cooking with. Some of these bottles will be hard to find wines, great values, old favorites, or exciting new small producers that we’ve recently discovered! Where can I view my subscription details?
You can view your subscription and account details on your My Account dashboard.
Will I receive this month’s FRANK Wine Club box?
In order to receive this month’s FRANK Wine Club box, orders must be placed on or before the 1st of the current month by 11:59 pm EST. Any order made after the 1st of the current month will receive their FRANK Wine Club box on the 15th of the following month.
What if I need to update my shipping address after purchase?
If you need to update your address for the current order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you just wish to change it before your next delivery, you can update your address in your own account under My Account > Subscriptions and click ‘View’ on your subscription. Updating the shipping address must be changed on or before the 1st of the month at 11:59 pm EST. Deliveries are shipped out on the 15th of each month.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time to the subscription tier above. It will be prorated immediately. We ask that you upgrade on or before the 1st of the month if you wish to receive an upgraded order for the current month. This can be done under My Account > Subscriptions. Click ‘View’ on the subscription you’d like to upgrade and click the ‘Upgrade’ button.
What if I go on vacation? Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes, you may! Please contact email@example.com and inform them when you’d like your subscription put on hold and when you’d like it reactivated. (ex: I’d like my subscription put on hold for the month of February and reactivated for the month of March)
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, as long as you cancel your subscription before the next billing date. The next billing date is both visible in your My Account > Subscriptions dashboard and can be seen in the reminder emails sent 3, 2, and 1 days before the renewal is due.
Can I get a refund?
At this time refunds are not possible, but if you are not satisfied with your subscription you can cancel the subscription anytime before the next billing date in your My Account > Subscriptions dashboard.
