What is your return policy?
FRANK accepts returns on products (for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping) within 14 days of delivery.*
We ask you to take note of these exemptions:
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- To get your return label, simply contact us and we’ll send you one right away.
- If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it (and let our local vendors know). Be sure to include your order # in your email.
- FRANK Wine Club orders are not eligible for returns.
- All non-food products can be returned for in-store credit.
