Where can I check the status of my order?

You should have received a confirmation email upon placing your order.  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email titled "Your FRANK Shop Order has now shipped".

At any time, you may also see order details by going to the orders page of your account. You may also request the status of your order by emailing info@farmtofrank.com or calling our support line at (978) 998-4946

Pickup

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Your order will be ready for pickup generally in 24-48 hours. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup hours are Tues-Sun from 2pm-5pm.
