Pallares Solsona Carbon Steel Knife

It’s carbon steel sharp blade makes it extremely effiecient for slicing. Pallares has been making knives in Solsona, Spain since 1917 and is now run by third generation craftsmen commited to producing high quality sharp knives.
Carbon steel blade, boxwood handle
Carbon steel is recognized for being a hard steel, keeping the blade shaper longer. This blade material will stain and must be wiped after being used. Over time a beautiful patina will develop. Keep the blade dry to prevent rust from forming on the blade. Wipe with a soft cloth after hand washing.
