2019 Gaspard Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
This wine generates some incredible aromatics: citrusy, grassy, and herbacious. Coming from the Loire Valley (the apex of Sauvignon Blanc production in France), you’ll find the terroir of the region is expressed beautifully through the grape, giving us notes of citrus, lemon verbena, and lots of classic Touraine minerality. Chef Frank pairs this wine with rich fish (salmon or tuna) and a pinto bean salad or a variety of grilled vegetables and herbs (oregano, tarragon, or thyme). Organically farmed 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
